playing day, not overall (except for 1st and 2nd place).

these tourneypoints are GENEROUS considering some teams did not show for
the finals at the assigned times, or at all, or left the tourney with no
notice, which SHOULD result in a penalty :) (and a shalacking in my
opinion)
